Prices + TOS (last updated October 2020)I will do:- Furry characters

- NSFW ( only for people 18 year or older. Commission prices for that are different)May do:- Humanoids /object head ocs
- Monster ocsWill not do:- Humans (in most cases. May do chibis or experimental pieces)
- Mechs/ overly complicated robots
- Overly complicated designs
- Religion imagery ( check tos for exceptions)
- Hate artTerms of service
When buying from me you agree to these tos. Please read through them before purchasing.Commissions, trades, and general TOS- Do not rush me. You can certainly ask for updates! Just please try and not do it every single day.
- I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Commissions are to be paid in full and upfront before any work is started
- Refunds are only given if im unable to provide service or if a commission takes over the agreed on deadline
- I will not do overly complicated characters. Ask if you are unsure about a ocs complexity
- I will not replicate, trace or copy another artist style for a commission. All my commissions are done in my own style. Only exception is if I decide to take commissions in a style of a tv show or franchise
- Do not post my art ANYWHERE without credit. There will be a list of my main socials at the end. Any of them are acceptable to use when crediting me!
- Do not claim my art as your own
- I will slightly redesign a custom once for free. This applies only past the finishing stages of lining and color.
- All my prices are base prices. If a oc is super complicated or difficult I may ask for a little more
- I will not, nor will I ever, do art depicting religious symbols or themes. This includes but is not limited to, crosses, Star of David, etc. I may do markings that resemble these symbols but not the actual symbols on clothing/jewelry. Only exception is pentagrams in certain contexts. I WILL draw angels/demons and anything based on a small subset of religions (Egyptian, Norse, Roman/Greek mythology).
- Do not ask why people are on my blacklist. I have my own reasons for putting people on itDesign TOS- Do not claim to have made designs I have created
- You may redesign a character as long as it remains somewhat recognizable.
- You may use my designs for anything! Comics, books, animation, etc. Just remember to credit me for their design
- I would like to be notified when designs I’ve made change hands or are traded. I like to keep track of where they go. (More so applies only if the character is not uploaded on toyhouse. Since I can see when design credited to me on there change hands already)
- Do not under any circumstances trade or sell a design I have made to anyone on my blacklist. If you knowingly do so you will also be blacklisted. Accidentally will get you a warning
- You must pay for the design in a reasonable amount of time (48 at most) or they will be reopened/ resold
- Do not replicate or copy my designs. Either personal or adopts I put a lot of time and thought into their design.
- Do not sell my designs for more than they were bought for without extra art. If you receive a design made by me in a trade you can only trade them even if art is bought unless you ask for explicit permission from me (so we can work together on an accurate appraisal of the designs worth) . Characters received for free can only be given away for free or traded if the previous owner is comfortable with it.
- I will never revoke a design unless a chargeback is filed or other form of payment falls through. I have the right to resell any adopt, design or custom in these circumstancesBlacklist
